A concrete vibrator is used to ensure that the concrete becomes compact while making concrete i.e. the concrete is placed without the inclusion of air bubbles which affect its strength. Vibrators are necessary in most cases because the fluidity of concrete is limited by the amount of water used in the mixture. Needle vibrators are also referred  as portable vibrators internal vibrators, immersion vibrators, and poker vibrators. The components of a needle vibrators are gasoline engine or electric  motor, flexible shafts, and varied size needles. The  power transmission shaft and needle vibrators are assembled with coupler for quick dismantling...The needles are usually applied on the basis of concreting work i.e. short needle is chosen for mini scale concreting work and long needles are used for purpose of heavy duty work.
